James M. Schrader is the owner of Schrader Commercial Properties, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in property sales, leasing, tenant representation and property management in the Lexington, KY market.  Prior to establishing Schrader Commercial Properties, he worked as the senior broker for another one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Lexington. Due to the complexity and nature of the commercial real estate transactions that the firm is involved in, Schrader interacts regularly and effectively with planning commission members and staff, attorneys involved in zoning matters, engineers, bankers and all other professionals involved in the sale and development of commercial properties.   

Mr. Schrader is also active as a consultant on zoning cases in Lexington, KY and has worked on numerous consulting assignments in commercial real estate and banking.

Clay Angelucci, is a native Lexingtonian and a graduate of  Lexington Catholic High School. Angelucci attended the University of Miami in Florida and graduated with a Bachelors in Science and Communication. While in Miami, he held valuable apprenticeships with The Miami Heat and Ocean Drive Magazine. Clay’s excellent communication skills and sales background are valuable tools in his role as a high energy leasing agent and broker developing new relationships. Raised in an entrepreneurial family that has long been involved  in development and commercial real estate, Clay is an excellent addition to the Schrader Commercial Properties team

Mary Laile, is a native of Lexington and a graduate of Tates Creek High School and the University of Kentucky. She started working for Schrader Commercial Properties in the fall of 2007. Prior to this she worked in public accounting for the past 25 years where she handled accounts payables, receivables, payrolls and financial statements. Mary lives in Lexington with her husband and three sons.

Joshua Johns responsibilities at Schrader Commercial Properties involve direct oversight of the physical plant of all properties. In this role, he responds to tenant needs and also coordinates activities with outside suppliers and vendors and is responsible for all maintenance related matters.

Josh was born and raised in Winchester, KY and is a graduate of George Rogers Clark High School. 

Joshua has been involved in Retail Management, Sales, and the construction industry for several years. He brings a wealth of knowledge, hard work, and professionalism to Schrader Commercial Properties. Josh lives in Lexington with his wife and young daughter.
